Deliveries – We will continue to operate our delivery service for those needing products which are deemed vital and essential to the health and wellbeing of our communities across the UK.
Collection – We will provide a collection service for products deemed as vital and essential purchases. We are operating a one in one out policy at our trade counter. You must respect the strict Social Distancing measures we have put in place and will not be allowing any signatures on our delivery notes.
Phone Calls- Our contact centre team are taking calls as normal, however call handling capacity is reduced and we may take a little longer than usual to respond, therefore please be patient.
