Following the recent Government Announcements, we are continually reviewing our service on a daily basis. Hardware stores have been nominated as essential retailers during this time and therefore we are implementing a number of measures today to ensure our vulnerable clients are looked after.

First and foremost, the safety of our colleagues and customers is essential. Our customer base work day in day out playing a critical role in maintaining safe and accessible homes in our communities across the UK.

This essential service from PROCare will be as follows, until we are instructed not to;

Deliveries – We will continue to operate our delivery service for those needing products which are deemed vital and essential to the health and wellbeing of our communities.

Collection – We will provide a collection service for products deemed as vital and essential purchases. We are operating a one in one out policy at our trade counter. You must respect the strict Social Distancing measures we have put in place and will not be allowing any signatures on our delivery notes.

Phone Calls- Our contact centre team are taking calls as normal, however call handling capacity is reduced and we may take a little longer than usual to respond, therefore please be patient.
